Please note that for any urgent or life-threatening conditions, we always recommend that you should call 999 or go to your nearest emergency department immediately. We are usually able to provide face to face or remote appointments with our GP’s within 24 hours. Please contact 01442 331 900 to book an appointment.

About our Urgent Treatment Centre

OSD Healthcare now offers access to an Urgent Treatment Centre to provide diagnosis and treatment for a range of medical problems and minor injuries.

Our Urgent Treatment Centre can provide medical help when it’s not a life-threatening emergency. We’re equipped to diagnose and deal with many of the common problems that can’t wait for a regular GP appointment, but don’t require a visit to A&E.

Should you require urgent medical attention, our Urgent Treatment Centre is open 7 days a week during the following hours:

Monday to Saturday: 8am – 4pm
Sunday: 9am – 1pm
Bank Holidays: 9am – 1pm

Please note: Visits to the Urgent Treatment Centre are for those over 18 years of age and are strictly by appointment only.

What To Expect?

When visiting our Urgent Care Centre you can expect the following:

Rapid access triage and same day appointments
Same day test results allowing for rapid diagnosis and treatment
Same day x-rays and scans in our QSI accredited imaging department
Highly specialised and experienced urgent care team
Onward referrals to specialist consultants and/or partner private hospital (where necessary)
