Our Rapid Access Breast Clinic comprises of a female-led team offering an initial consultation with both a Breast Surgeon and a Breast Radiologist, diagnostic investigation and discussion of findings all on the same day.
It is important to note that the vast majority of people who are seen in the breast clinic will not have breast cancer.
Upon booking into the breast clinic, you will be offered one of our three initial assessment packages. If you have a specific concern, please inform our enquiries team and they will help guide you through the best option available for you.
The Rapid Access Breast Assessment (over 40 years) ensures you get the answers you need, through fast, direct access to a consultant, diagnostics tests and scans and results, all on the same day.
Led by Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon, Ms Guaral Patel, and a Consultant Breast Radiologist, you are taken through a physical examination and diagnostic mammogram investigation, after which your results and a personalised treatment plan will be discussed.
Depending on your results, further investigations may be required. Please note, any further tests and investigations will be billed at an additional cost.
