We are a leading private healthcare facility in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, that offers an extensive range of services for patients; for both adults and children who wish to access private treatment within the local and regional healthcare community.
Our services are designed to complement existing care pathways and act as a ‘hub’ where patients can access outpatient and secondary care services. In 2020, we will also launch our Ambulatory Surgical Unit, offering day-case procedures. This will enable patients to receive much of their care in a location, and at a time, comfortable and convenient to them.
We welcome referrals from our local GP and other clinical colleagues. Please complete the simple referral form below if you feel that your patient could benefit from tests or Consultant opinion at OSD Healthcare.

Many practices and establishments benefit from partnering with OSD Healthcare.
Our business development team works to bridge the gap between primary and secondary care by sustaining strong relationships between GPs and consultants. We offer complementary CPD events for GP, as well as training – please get in touch to book.
We are proud OSD Healthcare (OSDH) attracts the very best Practitioners to work across both Outpatient and Diagnostic services. (From March 2020 the new Ambulatory Surgical Unit is due to open). OSD Healthcare is committed to developing high standards of clinical care, comfort and governance. It achieves this through a close partnership with all Practitioners. OSDH will work with Practitioners to develop and support private practice and to promote your expertise.
All consultants applying for Practising Privileges must hold or have recently held a substantive NHS Trust consultant post. Applications for practising privileges are recommended by the Medical Advisory Committee (MAC).
