I set up the PG Diploma in ENT with Plymouth University to train GPSIs in ENT and continue as the programme leader for 18 years.
I was a Board Member of ENT UK and Regional Adviser for ENT Trainees as well as a Clinical Tutor.
I have advised the Department of Health on Obstructive Sleep Apnoea and had an input into its NICE guidelines.
In addition to English, I speak Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu and get along in French.
