The Full Mouth Dental Implants procedure restores your natural smile and oral function in a single day by placing a complete row (upper and/or lower) of permanent, natural looking and feeling, functional teeth using 4-6 dental implants. Thereby restoring function and confidence.
We use the Chrome GuidedSMILE system, a guided treatment, for precision and accuracy during surgery. This results in a less invasive procedure, a faster recovery, and more predictable and long-lasting outcomes with transforming results. This allows you to leave the surgery – on the same day – with a functioning and confident smile, and an amazing long term result.
Full mouth using CHROME GuidedSMILE Dental Implants is £20,995 per arch.
All details regarding the treatment will be explained to you by the Dental Implants Dentist.
Your dentist will discuss your dental concerns, followed by a clinical and medical evaluation. If agreed full mouth implants are the best treatment for you, photographs and impressions will be taken and prepared for specialist digital planning.
A CBCT Scan will be used to create 3D images of your jaws and teeth providing detailed information on the shape and structure of your mouth required for the digital planning process.
Your information will be sent to the laboratory where a bespoke surgical plan and surgical guide will be created. After this you will be presented with a digital smile simulation of your smile post treatment.
The procedure will be performed under general anaesthetic during which your implant(s) will be placed according to your unique plan. Following implant placement, a temporary bridge will be placed, and you will get a first look at your new smile.
Once your implants and temporary restorations are in place, you will enter a period of healing to allow the metal implant to integrate with the bone in your jaw.
When this process is completed (approx. 3 months), your dentist will fit your final teeth.

Dental implants are placed in the jawbone. Using specialised instruments, the Dental Implants Dentist will cut the gum to expose the bone, and then drill a hole in the bone to place the dental implant. A healing cap is placed over the implant and the gum is sutured (stitched) back over or around the dental implant site.
You will need to return several times over the weeks and months following the dental implant to have the sutures removed, prepare the dental implant for a restoration and to complete and fit the restoration.

The Chrome GuidedSMILE procedure restores your natural smile and oral function in a matter of hours by fitting a complete row (upper and/or lower) of permanent, natural looking and feeling teeth.
