Professional profile

Dr Rosser qualified from the Royal Free and University College Medical School in 2007 and has worked in and around London ever since. His cardiology training was in the prestigious North West Thames rotation. Dr Rosser completed interventional cardiology fellowships at both the Royal Brompton and Harefield hospitals working with some of the world’s leading cardiologists. He now works as a consultant cardiologist at Hillingdon and Harefield hospitals.

Dr Rosser has a broad knowledge base and manages patients with all forms of heart disease.

In his NHS practice he has set up a specialist structural heart disease clinic that manages patients with problems with the valves in the heart that can cause chest pain, palpitations and breathlessness.

His subspecialist interest is the diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease. He contributes to Harefield Hospital’s heart attack service which treats patients suffering with heart attacks 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. He performs all forms of coronary artery intervention (angioplasty and stenting) including chronic total occlusion and rotablation. When appropriate, he uses adjunctive techniques to guide treatment including pressure wire examination, intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and optical coherence tomography (OCT).
