OSD Healthcare is now offering Fit to Fly testing with results available in 48 hours and a Fit to Fly certificate provided following a negative result. If you are requesting a Fit to Fly test, please ensure you have your passport number to hand and you inform our team upon booking, as the kit provided is different to the standard PCR test.

Both the swab test, and instructions detailing how to carry out the test, will be provided to you in our drive through testing centre. The centre is located in the car park area, outside our clinic, with appropriate health and safety measures being adhered to at all times. The process itself will take 5-10 minutes, the swab will then be couriered to the lab and results will be available within 48 hours. We also offer PCR testing and COVID-19 antibody testing.

The swab test provided is the same as the testing currently being used by the NHS. Tests are approved by Public Health England and are fully compliant with government guidelines.

Drive through testing is available at the clinic via appointment only. Please speak to our Contact Centre on 01442 331 900 to book your appointment. When booking your Fit to Fly test, please ensure you consider the time window required by your airline and destination for results and the day of the week your flight is departing.*

Appointments are available during the below hours:
Monday – Friday – 8am – 12pm
Saturday – 9am – 12pm
Sunday – 10am – 12pm

Testing costs £155 and is available to any patient above the age of 5 who requires test results for the purpose of work, business or leisure travel.
